Shipping policy
Where we ship We ship pan India to 24,000+ pincodes through Shiprocket. We currently do not ship internationally.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) — 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 cities — 3–5 business days
- Rest of India — 5–7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping charges Free shipping on all orders.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.
Failed delivery If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts the order will be returned to us. In this case please contact soyaangskincare@gmail.com to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and email soyaangskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
