Refund policy
At Soyaang, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Non-returnable products All Soyaang skincare products are non-returnable once delivered. This is a hygiene policy — opened or used skincare cannot be resold or reused, and we will not accept returns on this basis.
When we will replace or refund We will replace or fully refund your order if:
- You receive a damaged product (broken packaging, leaking, crushed)
- You receive the wrong product (different SKU from what you ordered)
- Your product arrives expired
To raise a replacement or refund claim, email us at soyaangskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please share your account details when raising the claim.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email soyaangskincare@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
